-For most people it’s never really a good time to talk to a random cold call
-Try to be friendly,respectful, agreeble, and transition into the purpose of the call as soon as possible.
-You can’t control whether a seller or agent says yes, but you can control your effort in getting them to do so
- The more conversations you have and offers you send,the more practice you'll get and sooner you’ll land a deal
