Good afternoon fellow Tribe, how are we all feeling? It can be anything feeling, Good, bad, brilliant, great, empty, emotional. Drain, fantastic. It can be anything feeling any thoughts.

Feeling good dude! Thank you Was stressing for the last few weeks with a lot of feelings about a work projects that started out ironclad and nailed on and slowly has sounded more and more flimsy, then when it booked yesterday I realised I’d be hugely overthinking things!! So that relief today is sweet Hope you’re good everyone
Sitting or Standing?
Don’t know what I was thinking when I agreed to go to the cinema, this evening, to watch a 3 hour film 😆 At work, I rarely sit, I even had to stand for the 1 hour end of year performance and escaped after 40 minutes! Any tips or advice will be greatly welcomed 😊

ADHD and Grief. TRIGGER WARNING ⚠️
Hi all. I hope everyone is doing ok. My mum is nearing the end of her life now. My dad died in 2015 and that was a mental train wreck for me. Im starting to see some of my behaviours from dad passing now its happening with mum. I know its been coming and I have moments of thinking im prepared and it will close a chapter but other moments of feeling complete despair. Like ill never cope when she has gone. Ive been working closely with her now for 2 years to get care in etc. All that busyness (is that a word?) Will stop ✋️ am I experiencing a trauma bond? What does thateven mean? If anyone has any tips and tricks to navigate this so it doesn't turn into a replay of 2015 when dad passed away Id be grateful. Wishing everyone a blessed day. TIA ☺️ ❤️

Sorry to hear about this @Yvette Griffiths I sometimes think cliches are cliches because they’re true, and there’s a cliche adhd’ers fall into pretty heavily… you’re obviously a very caring empathetic person. And those who feel more do feel more pain as well as more of the rest of life’s spectrum. I suppose these pains never go away just like the memory of the great times won’t either. From my experience I have to connect all the positives to this process early and that helps me personally No doubt you’ll have this community and others to be there when you need

I’ve ticked RSD as my main vote but we can only vote for one - I’d say procrastination and routine is key for me - always want to do the right thing then find myself notttt doing the right thing haha
ADHD Thing
What’s the most ADHD thing you’ve done today?? I might leave @Armelle Coignet to tell you about mine (while I publicly apologise and grovel)

@Lana Bingham haha that’s every single day of my life honestly :) the structure of being out and about writing creative or shooting with a client makes me look and become very very productive… when left to my own devices it’s just chaos but I’m working on it
