Ip infringement. Again.
Hiya guys. Just some advice. I already made a post about IP infringement and are thankful for the replies. I am putting the hours in every day but hitting a bit of a block. I took advice and looked at what other people are doing and make it my own. But I’ve had Etsy block car related stuff (which I have passion for) because of ip infringement and then music/movie related stuff (which I can sort of understand). there are lots of other listings just the same . I’m now stuck with just travel posters which is “safe” as I’m afraid of any further infringements. Have I just been unlucky. What are other people doing?

@Martin Bibby I totally get that it can be frustrating when others sell similar items without issues. Do you think Etsy’s system flagged yours differently, or maybe certain keywords triggered it? Also, have you tried creating original car-inspired designs without specific brands or logos?

@Martin Bibby Haha yeah, sounds like your SEO might be too good for its own good 😅 that’s wild though, especially since the badge wasn’t even visible. Gotta love the inconsistencies on Etsy sometimes. Have you been getting any sales coming through so far despite all that?
