Mirth. First of all, the word itself is ridiculous and silly. I just love to laugh. To me there's almost nothing that can't be seen as curious, funny or strange. Even sad events have a funny side. I try to avoid anger, sometimes I feel it could overwhelm me, so I try to suppress it. Of course this strategy doesn't work in the long term.

Meditation keeps me stable. Being able to tap into my thoughts and emotions, when not sitting in meditation. responding instead of reacting.

Both are fantastic. I prefer the white as your logo really stands out. I do love the mountain imagery of the blue, but overall prefer the white.
