The Power and Purpose of Rest
In a world that glorifies hustle, rest often feels like weakness. Yet, from the very beginning, God modeled rest as strength and wisdom. He didn’t create the world in one day—even though He could. He took His time, crafting each day with intention and beauty. And when His work was done, He rested. Not because He was tired, but to show us the rhythm of life He designed for our wellbeing. Rest is not a pause from purpose—it’s part of the purpose. Physical rest restores our energy and renews our strength. Emotional rest allows us to release the burdens we carry and make space for peace. Spiritual rest reconnects us to the heart of God, reminding us that our worth is not in what we do, but in who we are in Him. When God blessed the seventh day and made it holy, He gave us the gift of rest—a sacred reminder to stop striving and simply be. ✨ Rest is not laziness—it’s alignment. It’s choosing to honor the body, mind, and spirit He entrusted to you. So today, slow down. Take a deep breath. Step back from the noise. Remember—you were never meant to run endlessly. You were designed for rhythm, restoration, and renewal. Rest is a divine design for your wellbeing.

Forgive Yourself
Forgiving Yourself is The Key to Freedom and Wellbeing Many of us carry the weight of our past—decisions we regret, mistakes we made, or actions that didn’t reflect our best selves. This burden can quietly sap our energy, leaving us feeling stuck, unworthy, or incapable of moving forward. For some, the pain becomes so heavy that we seek escape through work, food, alcohol, drugs, or other behaviors—temporary coping mechanisms that ultimately keep us trapped in cycles of guilt and shame. The truth is, holding onto self-blame doesn’t change the past—it only robs you of the present. Forgiving yourself isn’t about excusing your actions or pretending nothing happened; it’s about acknowledging your humanity, learning from your experiences, and choosing to release the burden that keeps you from growth. When you forgive yourself, you reclaim your energy, your joy, and your ability to create a life aligned with your wellbeing. Here are some practical steps to forgive yourself: 1. Acknowledge Your Feelings – Allow yourself to feel regret, sadness, or disappointment without judgment. Suppressing emotions only prolongs pain. 2. Take Responsibility Without Shame – Recognize where you went wrong, but separate your identity from your actions. You are not your mistakes. 3. Learn and Grow – Identify lessons from your past and commit to choices that align with your values moving forward. 4. Practice Self-Compassion – Speak to yourself as you would a friend in pain. Remind yourself that being human means making mistakes. 5. Release Through Reflection or Journaling – Write a letter to yourself, expressing forgiveness and acceptance, even if only privately. 6. Seek Support – Talk to a trusted friend, mentor, or counselor to help process your emotions and reinforce self-forgiveness. Remember, forgiving yourself is an act of courage. It allows you to step fully into your life, free from the chains of past mistakes. When you give yourself grace, you open the door to healing, creativity, and a vibrant sense of wellbeing.

Self care Sunday!
Today, I hope you took a gentle pause and turned your care inward. 💗 You give so much of yourself throughout the week—so take a moment each week to remind yourself that you deserve your own attention, too. Take a moment to check in: ✨ What’s been weighing on your mind? ✨ What stressors are showing up in your life? ✨ What small action can you take today to lighten the load? Even small action actions are important. Maybe it’s a walk outside, journaling, saying no, or simply breathing deeply. Self-care isn’t selfish—it’s how you refill so you can pour from a full cup. You are your greatest investment. Choose peace today, on purpose. 🌿 Make sure to come back tomorrow for a motivation boost. Please tell a friend to tell a friend! We need warmth in our community.

@Jatnna Azucey hello miss Jatna. You will do great. I have faith in you. Soon I will begin sharing a series of nuggets to help you get to where you want to be
Welcome
🌿 Welcome to Wellness by Design! 🌿 Wellness is not just one thing—it’s a whole-life approach. True health comes from caring for the mind, body, and spirit together. It’s more than quick fixes or temporary diets—it’s about building sustainable lifestyle choices that create lasting energy, balance, and joy. Here in this community, we’ll explore the bigger picture of health—nutrition, movement, rest, mindset, and daily habits—so you can design a life of wellness that works for you. ✨ My goal is simple: to guide, encourage, and support you in creating a lifestyle that not only feels good today but sets you up for better outcomes tomorrow. ✅ What You’ll Need to Succeed in Wellness: - Know your WHY – your personal reason for wanting better health. - Know the risks – what happens if you don’t prioritize wellness. - Know the WHAT & HOW – the daily choices that move you forward. - Be consistent, not perfect – progress always beats perfection. - Stay true to your values – let your wellness reflect who you are. 💬 Stay engaged—share your thoughts, ask questions, and celebrate your wins. 🤝 And don’t keep this space to yourself—invite your friends, family, and anyone who could benefit from this journey with us. Together, we’ll thrive—by design! 🌟
