Hello all, I'm celebrating with you all an important day for me: I launched the website of my project Fire & Flow to support women in science develop leadership skills in harmony with their wellbeing. 🎉🤩 👉🏼 https://www.fireandflowbyana.com/ Fire & Flow brings together the feminine, with its creativity, aliveness, softness and intuition with the action, power, focus and ambition that all leaders want to have. It's about knowing when to act and knowing when to rest in our road to success and fulfilment. I am mostly targeting women in science, as I built most of my career as a scientist in Biochemistry and Biology, but happy to support any entrepreneurs who feel aligned with my vision and mission. Hi ladies! I’m Nahdin 😊, a third culture kid originally from Lima, Peru, and currently based in Lisbon. I’m the founder of Musa de mi vida, a Spanish phrase that translates to “I am the muse of my life” and has also become a bit of a personal mantra for me. I’m building the business around the relationship a woman cultivates with herself, and how that relationship shapes the life she’s able to create and sustain. Right now, I’m having a lot of fun bringing it to life through writing, content, 1:1 work, and different practices and resources for women. It’s still very much in its early stages, so there’s a lot of experimenting, creating, and figuring things out as I go. I also really love being around other women who are building their dreams. There’s something about founder energy that I find quite exciting, so, alongside building Musa de mi vida, I love collaborating with other female founders and bringing my strengths in strategy, systems thinking, organization, and execution into what they’re building. Outside of work, I love thrifting and finding hidden treasures that fit like a glove, and I can happily spend way too much time on skincare and beauty rituals. I joined this community because I’d love to meet more women who are building their dreams, exchange ideas, learn from each other, and make new connections along the way.💕
