Loving the energy here and the deep sharing — thank you. Had a little idea that might support the journey for some of us: What about a simple 5-minute reset practice we could follow anytime during the 28 days? I was imagining something like this:– 1. with a bowl of cold water — plunge the face to wake the system– 2. Follow with a short breathwork sequence to warm and energise– 3. A single fascia twist to ground and open– 4. Finish with one more cold plunge to seal the state Could be powerful to have this as a follow-along video, set to the right kind of music — maybe a 5, 10, and 15-minute version depending on time available? Just a thought — would love to hear if this resonates with anyone. Grateful to be on this path with you all 🙏
