WELCOME TO PURE SKOOL Hey beautiful souls — I AM Joby Founder of Pure Fascia & Breathwork, Pure Academy, and this Pure Community. You’re here for a reason. And so am I. My journey didn’t begin with healing — it began with pain. Near-death experiences. Trauma. Accidents. Years of searching for truth. Then one night, everything changed. Through Breathwork, I experienced a complete shift in consciousness — a moment where years of tension dissolved and one truth became crystal clear: The power to heal has always been within us. That moment changed my life. FROM BREATH… TO FASCIA… TO FREEDOM After guiding thousands through Breathwork, I was introduced to Human Garage Fascial Maneuvers — and it felt like discovering the missing piece of the puzzle. I used to think nothing could match the power of Breathwork. Then my first Fascial Maneuver session happened. That night, I felt 10+ years of stored trauma leave my body. Honestly — it was one of the most powerful experiences of my life. (Yes, I even wrote about it in my book Pure Breathwork — available on Amazon… shameless plug 😄) What I realised was this: Most of the “weight” we carry in the body isn’t physical. It’s emotional energy that was never released. That trapped energy becomes pain. Then inflammation. Then illness. The body isn’t broken — it’s communicating. What if instead of saying “I’m broken”, we said: “I’m safe. I’m ready. I’m letting go.” This work isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about remembering who you are. The body is intelligent. The breath is the bridge. Awareness is the key. Totally Twisted Day 3
At only 3 days in, I'm beginning to understand why I chose this particular manoeuvre as my daily practice. Already, it feels as though my body is getting used to the movements; there's definitely less resistance and discomfort than there was on day one. Again, I've enjoyed finding the subtle pressure points during the manoeuvre and leaning and breathing into those. Peace and love to you all and namaste 🙏

Totally Twisted - Day 2
I followed the step-by-step video again in order to fine tune the movements and breath. I noticed, this morning, that this allowed me to find subtle pressure points within the movements and I was able to focus the breath and my attention there. At several points, I felt little waves of emotion leave the body. Much love to you all and namaste 🙏
Totally Twisted (full step-by-step guide)
This morning I followed the step-by-step video for totally twisted. This breakdown of all the parts helped me to fine tune the movements and breath while doing it. This is not a daily practice for me yet, so I felt some discomfort in the lower back and some slight pain in the shoulders, however once I pulled the spinal pelvic lock all the way in, the lower back discomfort stopped and I realised the shoulder pian was because I was holding them tense; the reminder to drop the shoulders in the video helped to relieve that.
