Space Rental
We are crafting our sales pitch to the owner of our local hockey rink to be able to set up a coffee trailer in the parking lot. We have no idea what rental price to negotiate. Do any of you have experience with space/lot rental that you could help me come up with a number?

Hi everyone, I’m Leïla from Montréal, Canada. I’m a Mom of 2 toddlers and I have 2 other hats at the moment. I’m a home Baker making celebration and wedding cakes and also a general manager at a coffee shop. I’m seeing hands on what it takes to own a coffee shop but getting there always felt scary so I’m looking forward to learn more ☺️

@Leila Msaidie how great that you get a front row seat to the business side of the things more so than the great coffee and customer service side only. Nothing like filling up on the education. I have a family member that was going to start a franchise and when he told his boss that, the boss offered to share all aspects of the business and even allowed him a share of the profits for the work he did. In the end, he did open his own franchise and has built into 15 locations. Keep on trucking!!
