Hoping to get some ideas for opening a to go coffee shop. Really excited for this adventure!!

The issue is location. Have no idea on how to go about finding a place and what I need to do. Was thinking of also asking convenient stores around town and seeing if I could put a little fridge with pre made coffee cans
