Anything is possible
Today I ran a half marathon (21.1km). And honestlyโ€ฆ I never thought Iโ€™d be able to say that again. 25 years ago I wrecked both my knees โ€” not from running โ€” but from being a rugby league player. The damage built up over time, and it eventually got to the point where two years ago I had two total knee replacements. Toward the end of last year I started running again โ€” just on a treadmill at first โ€” and I had this quiet goal in my heart: I want to test myself in a half marathon. So over the last 6 weeks Iโ€™ve been building up the kmsโ€ฆ and today I lined up and did it. โœ… 21.1km โœ… 1:55 (under 2 hours!) This isnโ€™t a boast โ€” itโ€™s just to be an example of whatโ€™s possible. Sometimes your โ€œimpossibleโ€ is only impossible until you make a decision and back it with action. And Iโ€™ve seen the same thing with so many of you through our challenges โ€” weight loss, discipline, consistency, confidenceโ€ฆ things you never thought you could do. Letโ€™s go. Anything is possible when you put your mind to it. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ”ฅ

More of the same. No excuses. No dairy. No bread. No rice. No pasta. Whole foods only: protein + fruit + veg. โœ… 3L water โœ… 10,000+ steps โœ… Strength work (20โ€“45 mins) โœ… Journal (donโ€™t skip the mind & your purpose) Motivation comes and goes. Standards stay. Stack 28 days like this and youโ€™ll build a new identity. MIND. BODY. SPIRIT.

Hi Kit. Thanks for the updates. Am still navigating the 28 DAY RESET site. Was just wondering whether you might be located in Conception. Peter Holmes & I did a missions trip to IloIlo, Concepcion, Malangabang & a few other places in Philippines where our church supports your local pastors. Thanks for the encouragement.
