Wanted to ask, what your experience with wrist pain/injury are, how long they usually stay and how to get them to dissolve the quickest. I hate not being able to do flares. :/

When I had wrist pain from handstands, rice bucket exercises helped. I filled a bucket with rice, put the hands in and move against the resistance the rice provides.
