JV anyone?
Hey everyone, I live in Fresno, CA and I found a house near my place that appears to be abandoned . It's not listed on Propstream and it's been sitting like this for maybe a few years now. EMD
I keep seeing different things about EMD…I know Rick in the course says should be between $250-500 but then from other sources I’m seeing 1-5% of the sale. How do I know what amount to put down? And what if I can’t afford to put the EMD down myself? 😏 Very confused on this!

title company
does anyone know any title companies in Florida that don’t require a earnest money deposit? I called one that works with wholesalers but they require $1000 earnest money.

If the Title Company is requiring $1000 EMD. Me and my team can happily help you out. We can fund up to $100k for EMD and $100mil for double closes. All I charge is a flat fee of $1,750 once the deal falls through.
