If you havent added this method to your arsenal you should! Many realtors will contact you from digital bandit signs. you vet them to see if they dont mind working with wholesalers.. then offer them a finders fee on any property they bring you that gets sold.. also JV from their buyers.. A realtor just gave me 30 EXPIRED LISTINGS THAT EITHER FAILED OR CANCELED AND ARE NOW OFF MARKET! LETS GET CALLING!!

2 weeks of posting on facebook pages.. such as port saint lucie recommended page.. many people in there.. took alot of posting but i finally got a seller to reach out to me. Keep consistent and dont quit.. up your arsenal and not just cold calling!!

you can literally make a whole list for yourself. Take a whole day and just call follow ups. It’s really amazing and it definitely works. It kind of gets old calling the same old lists all the time
