🚀New Video: Overwhelmed By AI? Just Copy My Tech Stack
If you've been feeling overwhelmed by the constant stream of new AI tools, this video is my full breakdown of the stack I actually use day to day, ranked into a tier list. I cover what's earned a spot as a daily driver, what I've graduated from, and why a lean stack always wins. I also share the mindset shifts and decision framework I use to stay focused so new releases stop pulling me off my path.

🚀New Video: This is The Most Powerful Tool to Give to Claude Code
Printing Press lets you turn any tool into a CLI that AI agents can actually use efficiently. It gives you a catalog of ready to go CLIs and also helps you turn almost anything into a CLI in minutes. If you've ever watched MCPs eat your tokens for breakfast, this video shows why CLIs are the better path for agent setups.

Every time I think I’m ahead of it, and on top of the game, you post a video and my setup then is already out of date 🤩
The question I ask before starting any new project
Before I write a line of code or spend a penny I ask one question. Is there evidence people are already paying to solve this problem? Not “would people want this.” Not “does this sound good.” Evidence. Real people. Real money already changing hands. AI has made it faster than ever to validate an idea before you build it. Reddit threads, reviews, forums. You can map a market in an afternoon now. What’s the first thing you do when a new idea hits you? Do you build first or validate first?

@Lana Frei oh I have been there, Lana. Sometimes my issue is I go for perfection over Speed. So we end up designing a user interface Version 193. Then by the time we ship it where you think you have the first market mover you then start seeing what you believe was a unique idea all over the marketplace.

⭐️Anthropic just made Claude a lot more useful for your business. Here’s why it matters.
In the news yesterday that most businesses haven’t clocked yet. Anthropic just doubled Claude’s usage limits. Claude Code limits doubled for Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise plans. Peak hour restrictions removed completely. API rate limits up by as much as 1500% for some tiers. They’ve signed a compute deal with SpaceX giving them access to over 220,000 NVIDIA GPUs. This isn’t a minor tweak. The capacity problem that’s been frustrating heavy users for months just got addressed in a serious way. So why does this matter for your business? Here’s the honest truth about where most companies are right now. They’re locked into Microsoft Copilot because it feels safe. It’s in the Teams. It’s in the Office suite. IT approved it. The procurement team signed it off. And it’s fine. Just fine. Claude is a different conversation. It reasons differently. It handles complex business problems with more depth. Founders and small businesses who’ve gone deep on it know this already. The barrier was always the limits. Running out mid-workflow. Hitting walls at the worst moment. That’s been the excuse for staying with Copilot. That excuse just got a lot weaker. If your business is still treating AI as a Microsoft Office add-on, now is a good time to ask whether that’s actually the best tool or just the most familiar one. What are you actually using day to day and is it doing the job?

@Tobias Wallner the limit increases are worldwide for paid plans. The infrastructure powering it is US based but the benefit rolls out globally.
