Protein Protein Protein!
Almost a week in and I’m finally figuring out how to hit my protein goal! I’ve been making better food choices and closely following my macro recs. I thought I was eating “healthy” before, but it’s so eye opening when tracking food intake. Excited to make this a permanent change!

I’m really struggling with the protein piece if it’s not in the form of protein powder. Trying to get better with the eating part but super hard.
