T!z stopped working for me at 8-10mg taken as 4-5mg every 3 days. I stopped for about 10 days and then started R3 at 2mg every 4th day. I messed up by increasing to 2.5 after 3 weeks. I should have doubled to 4mg weekly and then 8mg wkly. Now that I figured that out, I’m doing so much better!! I’m on about 3.5mg every 3 days and I’m losing lbs again!! I’m not hungry but can eat, and I fill up at halfway through my meal. No constipation but I do take colace a.m. and p.m. I poop after morning coffee most days.
