Deep Dive at 3pm: Module 4 + Platform overview
Team, Can’t wait to see you all at 3pm EST for an overview of Module 4! 💪🔥 Also, I’ve had a few questions regarding platform navigation. This is our first cohort navigating both platforms and I want to make this experience as smooth as possible. So I’ll be sharing some tips for navigation as well🙂 See you soon and looking forward to it! 🔗 https://us06web.zoom.us/j/89198624400

Thanks David. I’m running fly for Finding Nemo so I’ll catch the recording. Excited to hear from you all.
Intro and Some Motivation! 🙌🏻
Shalom my fellow Physiology First unicorns! I wanted to introduce myself, and give some reflections on our first assignment to encourage and motivate my fellow world changers:) 🤍🙌🏻🤍🐦‍🔥🤍🙌🏻🤍 YOU matter, and this movement matters, but it is a hard journey trying to tear down current systems to rebuild something better; something that actually works to help individuals flourish and thrive. 🤍❤️‍🩹🤍❤️‍🩹🤍❤️‍🩹🤍 My hope is that this gives you a boost when those frustrating wrenches get thrown your way:) 🤍🤗🤍🤗🤍🤗🤍 Grace and Peace, Alycia Joy 🐦‍🔥

so wonderful 💙
Todays deep dive
Great to meet everyone today and excited to see so many inspiring people looking to the future of health. Along the lines of what David was saying about truly showing the kids the exercises and the benefits of every module by actually doing it, it brought up a time on a seminar in Europe when I was studying Ninjutsu. The international seminars were the only places we would grade and get taught by the Japanese grandmaster. One time during some pretty intense full contact locks and strikes, I asked(being the curious one) questions about the certain techniques. His words have always echoed through my life since. And not because he proceeded to send my painful body all around the mat. But because they are words that made sense in any situation. “To Feel is to understand” !!! This so rings true with physiology First teachings. The words really don’t match the enormity of how beneficial Breathwork, Sauna and cold plunge can be for us all. Not to mention proper exercising. But minutes into any of it and anyone can feel the benefits of what they’re doing. Have a wonderful week everyone!!!

New Level One Certification E-Book Companion 📖
Team, The incredible efforts of @Leven Beeuwsaert to compile notes and the suggestion from @Filipe Cymbron to create a pdf of the course material has sent me down an inspiring rabbit hole into the world of Designerr, an ebook creation tool that we can leverage in several important ways. 1.) To create interactive pdf/live ebook presentations for our proposals to schools, organizations, and companies, complete with embedded videos and interactive materials. This will be a powerful way to present your offerings to the community! I’ll make a presentation ebook for each sector in the weeks to come. 2.) To build this preliminary version of a Certification Ebook companion into the most comprehensive, interactive course companion and field guide possible, together! This is my first attempt, and I plan to add more photos, videos, audio links, and anything that you suggest in the weeks to come. Hopefully this skeleton draft proves handy in compiling the information from the Level One Certification Program for the time being as we evolve it into a powerful tool to put the Physiology First Approach into practice! Looking forward to your thoughts on this early version and how it can be expanded and improved to best serve the team! ~ David https://designrr.s3.amazonaws.com/physiologyfirst1_at_gmail.com_376416/physiology-first-level-one-certification-program_6778533b.pdf
