Hi all. I potentially have my first buyer! They have messaged me saying they don’t like the white border shown in one of the mock-ups. What way is the poster printed with the frame? is the white bit a frame mount or something? What is best reply to the customer? Thanks.

I’ve asked previously about ads but there’s a load more members now so I wanted to see people’s experience? Have you used ads? What was your ad spend? Did you advertise all your prints? Did you refine them? How beneficial were there? I’ve never really pursued ads as got worried about losing money. Just want to know people experience if you’re willing to share yours

Hi folks. Stupid question. But what size (A2 or whatever) do people usually upload to Print Shrimp, and what format (jpg, png etc)? Do multiple sizes need to be uploaded?
