@Gareth Fullerton Thanks Gareth! It'll come, how long have you had your shop open?

@Gareth Fullerton Ah ok, I waited a few months for mine 😅
Print files
I've just noticed in the print files section that 12in x 16in isn't a option, should I use 30cm x 40cm instead (though not an exact match), or just not offer 12in x 16in size option?

@Mihai Volintiriu Thanks for confirming
Losing hope
Hi all, I know it hasn’t be overly but I’m starting to feel like I’m losing a bit of hope. I keep creating and adding prints to my Etsy page, people are viewing/visiting but still haven’t had any orders. I still have work to do and I am still creating more but it’s just getting me down a little bit

@Talulah Smythe do you take these photos yourself? They're nice 😊 may want to check mockup images for your seashell listing as it shows mockups for your other listing
Print and Frames Prices
Hi everyone, i very new here and happy to learn but it feels like the prices that are automatically set are really high? £55 for a framed A4 poster feels really expensive? Im assuming thats the only way to make a profit after all the printing and shipping costs Again i am very new here so very open to learning about it, i've watched most of the videos and found everything very helpful!

@Mike Barker you can change prices for all listings in the listings screen in shop manager. Tick all listings box then under 'editing options' then 'edit prices' you can edit prices for all buyers - either by a set amount or %.

Though if you dont already have global and domestic pricing switched on you will have to add prices manually first if you do switch it on
Separate listings for framed/unframed
Is it a good idea to separate framed and unframed listings, so that there's clear distinction if framed or unframed? And to not have so many size and price variations on one listing? Has anyone tried this?
