Today is a big step. This fitness test is part of the momentum created at our “What Is Possible at OPS” event at the Château Laurier, where so many of you came out to explore careers and opportunities within the Ottawa Police Service. For those running today, this is more than a fitness test. It represents discipline, commitment, and the courage to step forward toward a career in policing. Reaching Level 7 is the standard but showing up today already says a lot about who you are and the path you're choosing. Remember... Stay focused. Control your breathing. Dig deep once you hit level 5, it is all a mental game at this point... The recruiting team is cheering you on. Please note we split gym fee $95 (should be around $5 each) I typically host practice sessions for women only, but Im interested in hosting a Co-ed session and we will see how much interest we get.
