Has anyone used the voice agents for appointment confirmations? If so, how have you done it (in terms of workflow and tracking) do you identify who confirms through tags, transcripts? Let me know please.

Can the AI make appts for another contact in GHL like searching for the other contact and then booking for them? Also something like making a new contact and booking for them if you’re calling on behalf of someone else.

How can I only make the AI send a follow up text if it's the AI bot texting. Like I don't want to make a GHL automation where the trigger is the person replies bc they may be replying to another workflow where it's not the Ai replying but like a regular GHL automation. So how can I make it that the AI follows up after like 30 min if the person doesn't reply specifically to the AI if this makes sense.

Anyway to make this a possibility. Like if I call in to the AI and I want to make an appt for my wife who is also in the system can the AI find that contact and book the appt for them? Also let's say they're not a contact anyone found a way it can make them a contact and book an appt for them?

Noticed there were ways to prompt inject with “memory” and “soul” fields in the recent post @Halie Bot made. How are other ppl making their AI “knowledgeable of all previous convos?” Giving it true memory across all channels would be huge has anyone figured this out?
