Comeback
My goal is to come back to swimming pools competitively bc my coach put on me a lot of pressure, he insulted me when I was bad and he didn't give me solutions to not swim edgy so during 200 fly I did a good first half and in the second half i completely died and this during all my 200 fly of last year so I never took pleasure (1:08, and 1:28). This anxiety braked me in others races and in particular in long races as 200 and over bc I was afraid before races and I didn't take pleasure to swim so I'm doing a break for one year and next year I would like to come back in swimming and doing again competition. Here are my times of my favorite races: 50 free: 27:68(2024,50m) 100 free: 59:64(2024,50m) 200 free: 2:12:76(2024,50m) 400 free: 4:47:69(2024,50m) 50 breast: 34:94(2024,50m) 100 breast: 1:20:60(2024,50m) 50 fly: 28:83(2024,50m) 100 fly: 1:04:57(2024,50m) (200 fly: 2:31:19)(2023,50m) 200 medley: 2:32:06(2023,50m) 400 medley: 5:20:33(2023,25m)
