I currently bank with US bank, BECU, and i just opened a Navy Federal account all for personal Finnances. Should I go with one of these? or Another? Which Bank should be my first business bank account?

I was told I have a freeze on the 3 credit bureaus so they could not do a soft pull. I checked online and all 3 bureaus are not frozen. I submitted an application for business checking account. When I completed the application they said that the could not approve me at this time. I got an email that said they need more information with a number to call. I calle the number and they said I have a freeze on the credit bureaus. I just checked all 3 bureaus online and I do not have a freeze. They told me they pull transunion and that the first one I checked. No freeze. I do have a freeze on secondary bureaus though. Could that be the problem? Any one else ran into this problem?

It is child support? I have two child support accounts in collections that are closed. I have one open account in collection that has a $1021 balance. This and my credit age is keeping my credit score below a 650.
