From messy to branded profile grid
With very little experience a week ago, I created a project outline to brand out the cover images on Instagram profile grid. In less than 30 min, after going through the foundations i had it completed. Claude code executes with just two words and can make as many cover on demand as i wish and output them neatly as PNG files in a folder. Jake - super thanks! I learned so much in less than a week 🙏🙏🙏🙏 See before and after :)

@Khai Huyen Nguyen I followed the whole foundation and improvised based off of doing the task at end of each lesson :) I wrote it out my process here: https://www.gabeyogacademy.com/blog/more-tool-less-productivity Have fun and if you want more info, please free to ask me :)

Transcripts for any video in minutes
Two weeks ago, at a condo yearly meeting, there was unease finding someone to take notes. I suggested we record it and i will give it to AI to transcribe and organize. Everyone was like “can you do that?” Honestly, at the time i simply trusted that it must be possible, however, between us, I had no idea how yet. ChatGPT doesn’t have that skill (tried), and finding a website to do it is easy enough, just has a cost. At the end of the meeting, with a recording and google, I found Whisper. Which can transcribe multiple files at a time, for a small monthly fee. I paid for a week as I only had 1 need. Basically to test it. The output was so good, summary and all, I could stop here and praise them. Alas, we are about Claude… so… Today, applying the architecture code I learned here - which meant I put the 14 the videos I wanted transcribed in a folder, as to have Claude with zero “noise.” Again, zero expectations, I just asked the code if it could transcribe video files. Claude said yes, but needed to have ‘whisper’ and other support files installed. Which it did on its own (I had to approve, which is where the time consumption really is, as it took 3hrs to install for me - you could be faster). Yet once everything was installed, within 30 min (to give you an idea, it took 4 hours, on the same internet to transcribe the meeting video) I had all 14 videos transcribed, neatly into a folder, neatly ready to execute anything else - which in my case was creating content. Best of all? It was done locally. No need for internet once all files were installed. I could go on and on about what it did in one hour that would have taken hours of brainstorming and high costs for design and presentation. Just blown away every day with how things can be accomplished with such ease. What is one thing this week that blew your mind open about Claude?

@Ansel Natarajan naturally! Would live that. And yes- my claude projects now have so many skills and because of backend architecture, I give each project its own skills. When i feel the project needs even more skills, that is when i make a new project for that aspect. In 10 days, I now have a design “team”, research “team”, written content and scripts “team” and clean up “team” (my computer has never been so neat with all random screenshots, videos and stuff we write create and is there years later, all now titled, neatly organized in titled folders), website builder “team” (though I still need ny VA to sit and plug everything into the web platform I use (Kajabi), and a book editor “team.” I will watch the video in a few hours as I am with people. Look forward to see it, thanks for such a thoughtful and supportive comment ☺️

@Ansel Natarajan honestly? It found the skills it needed by accomplishing what i wanted. I did watch videos and scrape some MD insights. However, in code, i discovered I can “work” and when Claude needs something, it will find it. What do I do when it gets stuck or unable! I think of it backwards- like what do I need (image, video, script, web, presentation, copyright etc) and then ask Claude and ChatGPT questions to explore solutions. I will watch videos and read articles When the time is right, I may even ask it here. That was how i was able to make an amazing video for my website. I uploaded it in comments on the firs animation build Jake shows in implementation part.
OpenAI vs. Anthropic: The Super-App vs. The WordPress Strategy 🚀
We spend a lot of time debating which AI model is smarter, but there is a massive difference in HOW these two companies are building their products. If you look closely at their recent releases, you will see a masterclass in two completely different go-to-market strategies. Here is the breakdown: 🔴 OpenAI: The Bloated "Everything App" When you think of OpenAI, you think of ChatGPT first. Sora second and maybe codex. Everything else feels like a bolted-on feature to keep you locked inside their ecosystem. OpenAI is trying to absorb every software category into their chat interface. Look at their recent Agent Builder. Instead of letting ChatGPT seamlessly connect to incredible, real-world automation tools like n8n, OpenAI tried to build their own closed version inside their app. The result? It feels clunky, restrictive, and bloated. They are trying to replace real-world tools with chat features. 🟠 Anthropic: Real-World Products & Community Anthropic is running the complete opposite playbook. They aren't trying to cram everything into a chat window. They are building real-world tools for real-world workflows. • Native Tools: Instead of forcing developers into a web browser, they built Claude Code to run natively right in the terminal, exactly where real work happens. • The Plugin Ecosystem: They use the true "WordPress" model. Instead of replacing tools like n8n, they built open standards (like the Model Context Protocol) so Claude can power them and made other tools became a plugin of Claude rather than competing with them. • Community-Driven: By letting the community build skills and integrations around the base model, everyone contributes. It stops being just an "Anthropic product" and becomes a massive, decentralized community effort. 💡 The Takeaway OpenAI wants to build a closed "super-app" that tries to do everything itself (and often gets bloated in the process). Anthropic is building standalone, real-world tools that fit into the ecosystem that already exists, while letting the community build the plugins that make it unstoppable.

I wonder it it is that simple. Though anyhropic with its claude code and cowork sure change the playing field. Like how iPhone changed the game, shocking the industry. And those that tried to stay in the lane they were rather than adapt, are no longer even in the game :)

@Bolaji Ilori exactly- anyhropic seems to be the apple in this moment of time:)
Apps are the new lead magnet.
If you look closely, most things AI outputs is code and math underneath. That’s because code is one of the cheapest commodities right now. You can now create a decent app in one session but that doesn’t mean you are automatically profitable. App doesn’t equal revenue. To successfully launch an app, market it and manage customers is a different matter altogether. This is not to say creating apps for revenue is a bad idea. It’s still super cool. However, there are a few ways you can structure it to do more for your business especially because it’s low effort high result. One way is to create a product that serves a crucial pain point in the lives of the ideal client you are hoping to close. And you do this all for free. If you are able to hit a nerve, your app will gain popularity. Guess who reaps the benefits? Your business and its offerings. This is under the assumption that you have upsells in place and a clear path to move that happy user to your ecosystem of paid value. Who will attempt this approach this week?

Interesting- i have been in a deep dive last 4 days to do exactly that with my online yoga brand :)
☄️New Module: Claude Design and Local Models
New module just dropped in Implementation Playbooks. Claude Design: Folder Structure as a Design System Anthropic released Claude Design. It builds brand design systems, slide decks, prototypes, and animated content from your existing assets. Underneath the interface it is Claude Code, skills, and a folder structure. If that sounds familiar, it should. It is a refined version of what we have been building in this community. This module covers three things: 1. How Claude Design actually works, what it does well, and where it burns tokens fast. 2. How to export the design system it builds and run it locally in Claude Code or VS Code. 3. *Lightly Touches* on how to swap in open source models like Qwen 3 Coder Next, Code Gemma, Devstral, or DeepSeek Coder V2 when you hit usage limits or want to cut costs. Claude Design is not a replacement for the workflow you have been learning. It is proof the workflow is correct. The people who built Claude Design are solving the same problem with the same tools as you are here. The difference is you now have a head start, because you already understand folder structure, skills, and routing. If you are new here, start with Foundation Lesson 2 for the history, Lesson 4 for the install, and Implementation Playbook Module 1 for the animation builds that predate all of this. Watch the video. Build your own system this week. Post your folder structure in the community. Claude Design: Folder Structure as a Design System - Implementation Playbooks · Clief Notes

I noticed it in my backend, though i am on an old macbook bro and have no cowork with my Max plan due to hardware, so i figured that was why my access to design was limited. Your course changed my whole workflow, and now i have “folders as assistants” basically. Folder that is the project for designs, and the MD to instruct it to find the skills it needs when needed. Look forward to going through what you put together, as i will get a new computer in the next week. Thank you again 🙏🙏
