Review your Journey
When you have completed your 14-Day Journey, write down what you experienced here, so we can inspire each other for growth! The following points are especially relevant: 1. What was your goal with this challenge? (A personal struggle you were working on.) 2. What actions you tried were most/ least helpful? 3. What did you take away from 14 days of meditation?

My first goal was how to handle stressful seasons and how to come out of tunnel Vision. It helped me very much to take extra time just for me to enjoy seclusion, time with god my heavenly father, undisturbed, and journal Special insights, feelings, new decisions… Most helpful was the Morning Routine with the visualisationvideo, to calm down, to have a startingpoint for timeout and be with my heavenly father and then Carry on with my contemplative time. Journaling helped me to remember the Impressions of Rest, joy, Self eficacy, It helped me to handle or speak in a loving way with myself. Moreover the best was the personal conversation/instruction / reflection with Agnes. It helped me to put my Thoughts / Impressions into words and to Exchange my and her Experiences. That was the Most precious for me. I want to step foreward in These skills and create a very nice healthy Daily Routine and stay connected with people who also want to Go on this good way of mindfullness and love Thanks very much dear Agnes for These precious days. Hope to hear more from you

I want to add that I learned to be in alignement with my values through journaling in the evening about the Most successful and the less successful Moments of the Day. That helped me to understand what I should change concerning to my behaviour
Let's support each other: share wins + struggles
Hello meditation adventurer 🤗🤗 After your on-boarding, you are welcomed to share any small or big wins here, and also challenges. - Was there a key moment in your last meditation, that gave you a helpful perspective? - How do you keep up your morning and evening routine? - What works good, what not in visualization? - Could you apply "Hygiene of Thoughts" today, or was it so hard? - ... whatever else you want to share! If there are private questions, ask me in a personal message. But in many times we struggle with similar issues and therefore can learn together. I would be happy to use the group-aspect and the fact, that we all meditate morning and evening for a specific change - in many cases chronic stress. So we are on very similar journeys.

My Morning Meditation was nice relaxing . I took more time for journaling. And the Person I should visualise was very specific. That was good for me and an Anker for a Situation that was stressfull in the evening.

I tryed the sleep Meditation this Night, but I think it would have been better to do it earlier, as a Part of preparing for Night Routine . In the Night when I want to find sleep it works better with me to step out of the thinking and doing Mode.
