@Hector G you don’t need to find cash buyers or a 50/50 split with me. I’m a licensed Realtor and will be good with just a commission for novations. If you’re talking about assignments though, I can still help you but that would be a little different. But you would make more off a novation so that would be best in my opinion. But up to you. I can help you either way

Illinois⁉️

Anybody know if there’s a loophole or a way around having to have your RE License in Illinois after you do one wholesaling deal. I live in Indiana and able to find decent leads over here but my partner lives in Illinois and we get more leads over in Illinois and we really don’t want to get our Ls. Any feedback would be great!
