Quick Start Tips For Newbies
1. Dont be a victim. It is never a lack of resources, only a lack of resourcefulness. 2. The barrier to entry is high because the rewards are life changing. Therefore the obstacle is the way! If you come up on an obstacle (you will many times), you are being tested to see if you deserve this... RISE! 3. Never stop marketing. It takes a hurricane force to drive the water over the levies (Hurricane Katrina Analogy). If you let off the gas the water level drops right back to where you started. If you push hard enough for long enough the water will cross the levie and you will get paid. But even then, definitely dont stop marketing! 4. Your competition (95%) is lazy. Be consistent and you will win eventually. Simply wake up and make the calls and you will be ahead of 95% of wholesalers. 5. There is no such thing as "I dont have enough time." You simply have other priorities.. which is fine. Decide what is most important and dont make excuses. 6. Get off social media. Realize you want to be seen before there is anything to see. Turn it off and show up for yourself and your family by mastering this business. 7. Shoot first aim later. Yes some pre-game is useful but recognize when it is stopping you from taking action (fear). 8. Make it a GAME of monopoly. Have fun and dont be tied to the outcome. This makes you fun to deal with and metaphysically opens you up to receive. 9. Remember you have a suitcase full of cash when talking to sellers. Not literally... but you must maintain Alpha (in a good way) because you are the BUYER. If you lose this early in the call, it is over. 10. Make your word impeccable. This is a small industry and you will get burnt out of it fast if you lie and manipulate. Also your karma will get jacked! Dont lie to yourself (most important) or to others. 11. (Bonus tip) The faster you turn down deals the faster you get paid. One of the biggest mistakes I see newbies make is holding on to a "deal" that was never a deal. How bad do you really want it?

Xleads
Does anyone in here know how to pay for xleads month by month instead of paying for it all at once?
LLC Owned Properties
Hi wholesalers, quick question. When I skiptrace properties I found from D4D and it says it’s owned by an LLC what does that mean and how would I go about it? Am I even able to wholesale that property?
Bay Area
Wholesalers, just a quick question. How is the market in the Bay Area? I’m planning to relocate within the next year and want to know if it’s a good market (any county in the Bay Area)
Accountability Friday Locked In & Leveling Up
This week I went all in. I pulled code violations and a list from XLeads, made over 900 cold calls, landing 142 convos. Out of those, 12 were motivated and ready for real convos . I’m still working on staying cool when handling objections and making sure I sound confident and natural, but I can feel myself improving. Next week’s plan is to get at least one of those motivated sellers under contract, build out my buyer list with 10–20 new buyers, and pull 100 new leads while driving for dollars in a fresh area. If you’re in Dallas and want to squad up on deals let’s JV and get it done.
