happy New Year
Just a gentle reminder as the year begins: You don’t need a “new you” to do big things. You are already enough—steady, strong, and capable. In business, just like in life, it’s okay to be you. To pause. To reflect. No need to wait for a makeover to pursue your dreams! Have a great 2026, health, love and success If you were to choose only one word to describe what you want in your life this year what would it be? For myself I choose equilibrium

happy New Year
Hello from Canada!
Hello everyone! I am excited to join this community to share my journey, exchange and learn with others and gain in confidence as I start a completely new direction in my career. A bit about me: I worked in the same industry for 24 years and tought I would until my retirement but life made me take a completely different path when the new ownership of my previous company decided to eliminate my position. I had options to find another job, but decided that this was a blessing and decided to take the new path of building my own business in AI to help SME learn and adopt it in a responsible and inclusive way. I never thought this was going to be easy, learning about AI and creating my offering using my past experience as a base but I nver thought about all the other things around that had always been taken care of by my employers in the pas... IT setup, website and marketing, finance,... All to say that I am not only learning about AI for my future customers, I am also learning how to build a business. Even though it is overwhelming to say the least, I love learning all these new skills. I decided to join this community as it seems to align with my values, and I need to gain confidence in myself: how can others trust me fully if I don't myself?! So I am looking forward to learn about what everyone is up to and exchanging with everyone as I grow into my new self :)

This Is What Commitment Actually Looks Like
I just want to take a moment to say this... I’m genuinely proud of you. Not because this is easy. Not because you have it all figured out. But because you’re leaning into the work anyway. Adapting is uncomfortable. Learning new tools stretches you. Changing how you think, move, and operate takes effort. And most people avoid that. Most people wait until it feels simple. Until it feels familiar. Until someone else proves it first. You didn’t. You are committed to the tools. You are staying in the room. You choose to get better instead of staying comfortable. That tells me everything I need to know. When things change and you don’t opt out… When you feel resistance and lean in anyway… That’s what separates the few from the many. This is how real growth happens. Not overnight. Not perfectly. But consistently. Keep going. You’re exactly where you should be.

Consistency is definately better than perfection: Posting something on your blog, at the “worst” time of day, is better than not posting at all if that’s the only thing & the only time you can post it.
It's Friday
what are you celebrating today..... what are your victories?..... I had a great week, I reached 25 members in my new community, very proud of my hard work and happy of the outcome...
🧠 Results Aren’t Random...They’re Earned in the Reps No One Sees
Just wrapped my morning workout and was reminded of this… Putting in the work matters... in the gym, in business, in life. Everyone wants the result: ➡️ The energy ➡️ The confidence ➡️ The example you set for your family But none of that happens by accident. The gym can be lonely. It’s easy to avoid. Easy to justify skipping. But if you want the outcome…you have to show up. Your business is the same. You can’t build something meaningful over a weekend and expect it to carry you for decades. You’ll question yourself, sweat, repeat the reps no one sees, and say “no” now so you can say “yes” later. Wherever you want results — your body, your career, your relationships — it all comes down to consistent work. And in every case I’ve ever seen…it’s worth it.
