My win is being able to communicate with my friend in an honest way. So long, I have felt the need to hide my feelings and emotions to not be a burden. It causes an emotional overload where I snap. I cry uncontrollably and feel so alone. Being able to communicate my needs and my emotions was such a relief and she was able to meet some of my expectations and even find solutions to other things I was experiencing in that moment.

Hi, glad to be hear. Im going through a lot right now. I joined sunshines maybe 5 years ago....I was in hermitage, pa at the time and somehow Lara and I reconnected. Lara helped me through a tough time I was having at that particular time and we reminisced on our school days. Im am patiently waiting for summer..ok not so patiently...I love summer activities better than winter. Swimming, tennis and bbqs.

NEW CLUB: Pen Pal Club!!
After having a very successful Christmas card exchange in December, several Sunshine Sisters expressed interest in writing to other Sunshiners! To make this happen, I invite all of you to join our new club starting March 1st, 2026! Each month, we will have a new topic to write about, all focusing on empowerment, health, self-love, and more! To participate, please follow these simple instructions and rules: 1. Comment to express your interest. 2. I will send you a private message so you can provide me with your address. 3. By March 10th, I will send you the name or names of your PenPals! 4. Write to one or more Sunshiners about the month's topic. 5. Make sure to send your letters before the 25th of the month. I hope to see multiple women reach out to kick off this new club!!
