Day 17: Five Minutes Is Enough | Moving Through January
Today is a real gentle five-minute movement session. Even five minutes can feel like a meditation when we focus on our breath and the movement of the body. This is about showing up and finding simple ways to keep moving, no matter what’s happening. Small, consistent movement adds up.

I bounced out of bed very early this morning--after a restful sleep, I have my energy shot earlier than usual 🌞 As I was moving my body I thanked her for her amazing resilience and powers of recovery--Right Ankle is stronger, and my foot and leg pain has all but disappeared! I also thank Drew for guiding us through these sessions, which have been so helpful! Happy Seventeenth of January, everyone!😻

Day 16: Gratitude in Motion | Moving Through January
Today is about gratitude and where we place our attention. A gentle seated movement session to appreciate what our bodies can do, right here and right now. Move slowly, notice the small things, and let gratitude guide today’s practice.

Good morning all! With the prayer bends and twists I sent out gratitude for the Universe and the fantastic beings in it, and love to Drew's injured knee.❤️ I did this session standing, and had an invigorating jog in place for the "walk". That felt great! Happy 16th of January everyone! 😻
Day 15: Feel Empowered, Not Limited | Moving Through January
Today we’re building upper body strength and core stability from the back of a chair. A reminder that even when mobility is limited, there’s always something we can do. Small amounts of strength work, done consistently, add up over time. Keep moving in whatever ways you can and build strength that supports you through your days with more ease and confidence.

Day 14: Focus on What You Can Do | Moving Through January
Today is a gentle seated yoga session. A chance to shift our attention toward what’s in our control. We may not be able to do everything, but there is always something we can do. Move gently, connect to your breath, and bring real awareness and presence to today’s movement.

Lovely, lovely! I woke up this morning feeling overwhelmed and uninspired, and I wrote several pages in my journal complaining about it. 😵‍💫Afterwards I felt I had released something, and cleared my mind a bit....Then I focused on this wonderful practice today, with the Seated Phoenix and Dancing Seated Warriors, and felt gratitude towards my body, and towards Drew, and towards the Universe, and most especially those members of the Universe with whom I do not see eye to eye. I'm ready to face the day, and the tasks I have lined up. Happy 14th of January everyone!! 😻
