Boost Mood, Calm the Nervous System 🇸🇪
Today we move with a gentle pace, building cardiovascular endurance while staying calm and present. Let’s boost our mood, raise our energy, and move in a way that still supports a steady, relaxed nervous system. Joining you today from the Tärendö River in Swedish Lapland. Move well. Breathe deeply. Be well

@Lisa DuBois Hope he heals quickly. My mom had hip replacement some years ago and her mobility was greatly improved.❤️

@Olga Banaszak Sounds like a good challenge! I have a yoga mat that I roll up and use as a step...maybe I could balance on it...and try not to fall
Gentle Stretch and Flow
Today’s gentle stretch and flow comes to you from northern Sweden, beyond the Arctic Circle. A simple, mindful movement session and a reminder that no matter where we are, there’s always time to move, breathe, and reconnect with ourselves. Let’s keep showing up and moving gently so we can get more out of each day. Move well.

It’s All About Community
Today is a gentle morning stretch from this beautiful community garden in Helsinki. It’s a reminder that, in many ways, this is all about community. Coming together to move, to breathe, to connect to the present moment, and to one another. Let’s continue moving in mindful, meaningful, and beautiful ways together.

Embracing Impermanence
One of the core Zen teachings is impermanence, everything is always changing. We don’t need to stay forever young, but we can stay vibrant by moving gently every day. This body will change and age, and that’s part of life. Through consistent movement, we support vitality while learning to accept the natural unfolding of time.

@John Sev Oh yeah!! We rode our bikes without helmets or knee pads, and got all kinds of scrapes and bruises when we wiped out. I still have a scar on my knee from a bike wreck. I do love my video games, but I have to put them down and go outside after a bit. Thanks for the book recommendation. I need to check that out.
