Hello, I've run since early 20s, done triathlons and always kept fit and active. Some time over a year ago, running started to feel like a real chore, like something else to fit into a busy work/mum balance and i lost motivation completely, around the same time I realised I'dbeen having perimenopause symptoms. I've done very little running in recent months. I have started some strength training though. I'm looking for some motivation to put on my running shoes and gently start again.
