I recently saw @George Hernandez and @Blake Merl 's posts and wondered if this was a big thing in the community or not? I'm asking since I recently ordered beardcare products and I'm going to pick them up in a fragrance store this Saturday (so you get where I'm going with this haha). The opening of this fragrance is soft and creamy. At 15 minutes the scent is still soft, and I am getting a soapy undertone. I am not picking up any Green or Pine notes yet. As the fragrance continues to develop, at 30 minutes this is another fragrance that truly does not reflect the notes and accords listed on Fragrantica. To my nose the fragrance is soft and creamy with some sweet undertones. I am really not getting any woody or green accords. At dry down this fragrance has become a skin scent with some mild projection. The fragrance has dried down to a clean Lavender scent with a slight creaminess to it. Not bad, but also nothing spectacular. I would wear on a flight or to a meeting where I did not want to overpower the room. Performance is fair, but this is definitely a scent that is made for the wearer to enjoy and not so much as a compliment getter. Longevity on my skin was about 4 hours.

Today I am have some important meeting at our home office. I decided to wear Town & Country by Clive Christian since I consider this to be a very versatile yet elegant fragrance. The opening to this fragrance is sweet with some floral notes coming through right off the top. At 15 minutes some of the sweetness has settled down significantly and I am now picking up mostly floral notes. At 30 minutes in, I am still picking up some floral accords, and I am now also picking up some of the sweetness from the Ambergris. At 60 minutes into the wear the fragrance is a slightly sweet and floral scent with a hint of spiciness. I can also pick up on the Sandalwood, but it's very light. Upon full dry down I am getting a clean woody scent, with a somewhat spicy undertone. This is a very elegant, and in my opinion, high-class fragrance. Performance on this fragrance it Good as the longevity on my skin it between 8 to 9 hours. Projection is also very good the fragrance creating a scent bubble of about 3 feet for about 2 hours. The sillage is amazing and I was told that I was smelled about 6 feet away when walking by a co-worker. Sillage lasts about 90 minutes to 2 hours.

What's up gents, I know it's been a LONG time since I've posted, but I had a very rough couple of months. From getting kicked out of uni and doing a 360 to a whole new branch of work/studying... to handling some extremely bad apples in my family, etc. Eventful to say the least haha. Nonetheless, I'm back and ready to stay as consistent as possible with my new situation and responsibilities. So, let's not waste any more time and get into the review: ------- Today's review is Tom Ford Bois Pacifique. My second Tom Ford, but most adored from every single release. As a former woodworker, it smells a LOT like wet oak wood being sawed or oak sawdust getting rained on; a very pleasing scent to say the least. It smells a tad spicy as well. Spicy in the sense that you'd use said spiciness on a spaghetti or lasagna. Lastly, I pick up a very smooth (but STRONG) pure vanilla paired with subtle flower notes. Overall, this is one of the best smells I've ever encountered. It's versatile in the sense that you can wear it on a rainy day, at an event, a wedding, during sports, everywhere + all the time. In short, this ((near)) 10/10 will never let you down, and always hungry for more.

Heading out to our favorite Mexican restaurant, so I decided to wear one of my favorite Armani fragrances. Its sweet vanilla and spicy cardamom notes might vibe nicely with the bold flavors of tacos or enchiladas.
