Grab Some Popcorn- I'm Trying Something Crazy This Week on Skoolers
This is a big week. We're rolling up our sleeves to help you actually move on your Outcomes, and it starts today. Donna will be posting later this morning to walk you through Day 1. Here's the thing about experimentation. We can't ask you to take risks unless we're willing to take them ourselves. So I'm running a little experiment of my own this week, and you're the first to know about it. A bit of context. I don't post much on Skoolers, but I'm currently sitting at 903 out of 169,979 Skool owners on the All Time Leaderboard. That puts me inside the top one half of one percent, which isn't bad for someone who barely shows up. This week I'm changing that, and I'm setting some goals that are honestly a little wild: 1. 1- Really help 500+ Skoolers with specific, actionable advice. Not "love this" comments. Real help. 2. 2- Climb to #750 on the All Time Leaderboard. 3. 3- Get one of my daily posts pinned by Sam Ovens, the founder of Skool. 4. 4- Get one of my posts added to the "Gems" category, the best of the best on Skoolers. So how many of these will I actually hit? No idea. But you don't reach the stars by aiming for the ceiling. If you've got ideas, or you think I've lost my mind, drop them below. Let's experiment together. And to be clear, I'm not expecting any of you to do something this extreme. This one's on me. Grab some popcorn, sit back, and enjoy the show. Along the way, I'll drop some helpful tips for you on posting and interacting inside Skoolers. Consider it part of the experiment.

Let's Welcome Michael!
Welcome to Skoolology, @Michael Young.🎉 It's good to have you here. You've built The AI Creator House around something a lot of people are reaching for right now, using these new tools to grow an audience and turn it into real income, and that's a genuinely useful thing to be guiding people toward. What brought you here is the part that's quietly humbling for almost every owner... growing your own community. There's something very human about teaching others how to grow while working out that same puzzle for yourself, and you've come to the right room for it. The people here have sat with that exact challenge and are glad to share what actually moved the needle. You won't be working it out alone. We're really glad you found your way to us, and we can't wait to watch this one take off. 🌱

Welcome!! 🎉✨
Where are you stuck?
Midweek check. What's got you stuck right now? A quiet feed, a feature you can't figure out, a decision you've been sitting on, a member situation, anything at all. Name it below and let the room help. And if you can answer someone else's, that's the best thing you'll do here today.💙

@Donna Thornton It's difficult for me to give feedback because I want the person to still feel good in the end, so I tend to err on the "take it easy" side, but I do believe if you preface it with "this is some tough love, but it'll make everything better in the end", that might land better? I'm still working it out myself, hahaha 😄

@Donna Thornton thank you!! Yes, you are right about the criticism coming from a genuine "I want to help you" stance. I like how you word yours as "challenges" too!
🧪 SKOOLOGIST QUESTION OF THE DAY
If I could wave a magic wand and teach you ONE community-building skill that would help you grow faster... ✨ What would it be? Would you want help with: • Getting your first members? • Creating posts that spark conversations? • Increasing engagement? • Growing your audience outside of Skool? • Turning members into active contributors? • Creating offers your community wants? • Building recurring income from your community? • Hosting events people actually attend? • Keeping members engaged after they join? • Creating a community people rave about? Or maybe it's something completely different. Most communities don't struggle because their builders aren't working hard enough. They struggle because they're missing one key piece that makes everything else click. 👇 Drop your answer below: "If I could learn ONE thing about building a thriving community, it would be __________." I'm reading every comment, Skoolologists. Your answers help shape future trainings, resources, and challenges inside Skoology. 🚀 Every thriving community started with a builder who decided to learn one thing really well. What's your one thing?

Hi @Donna Thornton! It would be "getting first members" for me! 😄
Let's Welcome Fefe!
Welcome to Skoolology, @Fefe Gong. There's something genuinely meaningful about what you've built with the Maternity Freedom Lounge- the idea that stepping into motherhood shouldn't mean watching your income quietly disappear. A mission like that deserves to reach the people who need it, and growing it is exactly the piece you're working through right now. That's good news here, because it's the thing this room knows best: owners who've grown communities that truly matter to them and are happy to share what worked. And thanks for flagging Skool Scale Camp as one you'd like us to review; we've recorded that request. We're so glad you and this mission found your way to us, and we can't wait to see how far it reaches. 🌱
Let's Welcome Fefe!
