I corrected the fixed-heights for everything and changed it to padding instead, i fixed the gap between (Find helps you to increase) and (Findtrend make +1000), i fixed the alignment for the price cards with text-align left, and i added the scroll bar to the social media section above twitter embeds. How useful is AI in Dev..Like Really?
I’ve been debating this topic with people on X, and I’m stuck between whether AI is as amazing as some say or if it’s actually useful for productivity. I’ve had minimal benefits from using AI in coding so far, but I spoke with an experienced dev who mentioned that he uses AI to "sculpt" his work. To be honest, this sounded like complete BS to me, but as a relative novice, I’d love to hear feedback from others. Maybe it’s more useful for experienced devs, but it’s strange how so many seasoned developers seem to dislike AI. Also, I don’t know if anyone saw, but the CEO of Shopify said yesterday that employees need to prove AI can’t do their job before asking for additional staff. If this is the direction we're headed, I’m concerned, for humanity to say the least.

Honestly I’m still figuring things out and don’t know everything but here’s what I’ve noticed so far, AI is a great tool but only if you know what to ask. If you’re not clear on the problem it’s easy to get lost or misled because AI can make mistakes and sometimes skips over important details in subtle ways. When it comes to coding, AI can definitely help but I’ve learned that it works best if you already have some idea of what’s going on. It’s not a magic fix. It’s more like a really smart assistant but only if you know how to guide it. It’s kind of like a calculator you still have to know whether you’re supposed to multiply or divide. You could do the math on paper or in your head, but using the calculator saves time. Same with AI: it speeds things up, but you still need to understand what you’re trying to solve.

General - Emmett in code pen
Hey guys, just starting out with the Apple clone. Just writing in code pen but Emmett does not seem to be responsive when I type a component, for example when I write <div> there is no closing tag generated. Do I need to customise anything within the settings? Not sure what I am missing? Cheers 💪

Since I'm so used to VS Code, I simply copy and paste the final result from my IDE into CodePen, and everything works perfectly. That way, I'm able to use all the VS Code extensions (like Emmet) while working. I copy everything from the opening <head> tag to the closing <body> tag, along with the entire CSS. Hope this helps!

Apple Clone 1.2
