What do salary ranges really mean?
Let’s say you see a salary range of 120k and 150k. What do they really want to pay? Probably $135k. Now that doesn’t mean you cannot get closer to the top number, but ask the interviewer this: What are the different expectations between a $120k candidate and a $150k candidate? This will give you some very important insights you can leverage to position you in their perspective as a higher end candidate.

This is so helpful👏 it sounds so simple but I had never thought to approach salary ranges like that.

Hey, I'm Faye Stevens -- I am a recent Vassar College graduate with a passion for event planning, marketing, and athletics. I was a college track and field athlete and student government leader. I am currently in a one-year fellowship at Vassar supporting the department of athletics with programming, events, student-athlete development initiatives, NCAA compliance, and everyday administrative tasks. I'm hoping to improve my networking skills by putting myself out there. Excited to e-meet folks!

One page resume! That's what I was taught so it's what I've stuck to. Yes, it is concise, but it's organized.
What is the ideal work setting for folks?
Where do you find yourself most productive? A. Home Office B. Separate office at corporate site C. Cubicle in large open office D. On the road

B, I'm most productive in a separate office at my work! Being surrounded/in an environment of work keeps me accountable.
