Ahhh the stuff I learned today after paying and going through multiple support tickets and waiting and waiting and paying until I got the final answer… ( first time I heard this…. ) “I understand that you're experiencing difficulties accessing Rovo functionality despite having a paid Premium account. Checking your site from our end, it looks like you created this site and organisation using a Gmail address. Unfortunately, due to the anti-abuse/misuse policy, Rovo is not yet available to cloud sites that are created by users from a public domain, such as gmail.com or yahoo.com. To activate Rovo, you'll need to use an official work email; personal email addresses like Gmail aren’t supported for Rovo provisioning. If you’d like to get started with Rovo, try signing up with your non-personal email (e.g., work/company email).”

@Alex Ortiz I know… but it should be evident as they charge you for That, “be aware you can use premium without access to Rovo” - and you are right companies won’t use personal gmails. On the other hands individuals that are looking to shape their skills during transition will probably do. And as we go in the job market that can be a significant number of individuals (I hope not)

I used a lot and for everything, from product and team configuration to bugs, etc. I a way that surprised Atlassian when we did the migration to cloud. (We started using it before it was part of Atlassian) new license structure will probably change that. I agree with @Josh Golosinskiy

We automated the creation of subtask on the story workflow and each subtask has a specific role to collect the proper information and manage the parallel work without saturating the main story workflow with more steps. We added subtask type to clearly see and triage (DEV,DOC,QA,etc) . When the subtask is completed we summarize the notes and added as comment to the story (we used canned response functionality)
