Bad pain point answers from sheet
@Uncle Jimmy Mitchell , how can I beef these up? Feel like they're pretty weak for painting. But then again none of my clients have any idea of pain points so not sure.

Yeah painting’s tough for pain points. 99% of the time it’s a want not a need. Best pain points in my experience is the house looking outdated/ugly and people being scared of bad contractors. For cabinet painting though you can say it’s a great way to transform your kitchen without the price of a full reno
How to turn off variations in a DCT?
Hey all, running a DCT for a campaign. Have clear winners with the text/copy, how is best to turn off the 'non-winning' variations? Do I go into the ad and simply delete the variations that I dont want to continue? Loom Explanation: https://www.loom.com/share/181810ee9b68431e8af255637ecc1843 Thanks

Not sure if there's a one size fits all but I'd generally duplicate the ad and just keep the winning variant. Had it a couple times where I've just deleted the non winning variants in the same ad and the ad tanked

@Yousuf Hashimi you can just go into capcut and isolate voice, no need to record a retake
Paid Ads tips needed!!!
So i have spent $3200 on paid ads to get leads for my own agency ( Residential painting niche), I have only made back $2800 from it. I have done it for the past 6 months (Obviously i paused the ads sometimes) I had $30/daily for the adset. Got a shit ton of leads but they were all extremely poor quality (Solo traders who just wanted free work or didn't have money to invest or didn't even speak english). I added 3 qualifiying questions in the instant form but kept getting the same kind of people. 1. Do you own a painting business? 2. Do you have any intentions of growing it? 3. Are you able to invest Money into marketing your business? These are my the current ads, Any suggestions on what i could change? Maybe put myself infront of the camera? or hire some dude to talk? any tips would be helpful

Yeah try a mix of videos/images. Do a DCT and consider changing the offer. To be completely honest, the creatives look like they could've been made in paint and don't look very professional. Also hard to tell 100% what's not working without metrics
