HELP awkward while filming 🆘🛟
Does anyone have any tips for filming yourself? I’ve been wanting to post some content on a new instagram page I’m building but whenever I show my face on my camera I’m such an awko taco it’s not even funny hahah so would LOVE some tips 💞💞🥲

Honestly, everyone feels like an “awko taco” at first, it’s just reps. The more you film, the more natural it gets! Also, quick mindset shift: people care more about your message than how you look on camera 🤍
Welcomeee fam!! 🙌🙌

New to the coaching world 🌞
Hiii everyone 💛 My name is Sarah and I’ve been a nurse for 6 years! I do love caring for patients however I really want to start a career where I can be creative and still help people and also work for myself :) I just went on the nursepreneur retreat in J-tree and it was amazing. I was so inspired by everyone there. I know I want to help women who are struggling with direction in life whether that’s due to anxiety, relationships or other life problems but I’m still deciding on a specific niche! So excited to be here 💞 Also favourite Nickelodeon show has to be fairly odd parents xx 😊

@Sarah Knodell Welcome!!! 6 years in nursing is no joke, and the fact that you’re now leaning into coaching especially helping women navigate direction, anxiety, and relationships, feels like such a natural evolution of what you already do. You don’t have to have it all figured out yet, you’re exactly where you need to be right now 🙌
Back to Basics
Hello everyone!! I am Chantelle. I've been a nurse for a decade and been in the medical field all my adult life.. I have done travel nursing with Home Health and Psych and currently work as DON in a 9-5 mon-fri Assisted Living/ Memory Care.. But my background and my passion is Hospice and End of Life. I worked on getting my Death Doula and feel my calling to coaching individuals at grief and end of life and healing.. I am just at the beginning of this journey.. I need the flexibility of doing my own thing and traveling the world as I still do what I love.. I've never owned a business or anything like nurse coaching so this years been totally about learning all I can to make a transition from a typical nursing job.. Look forward of really getting to know you all..

@Chantelle Carr welcome!!! Wow… what a beautiful and meaningful journey you’ve had. A decade in nursing plus your heart for hospice and end-of-life care that kind of work takes a very special kind of person. The fact that you’re stepping into becoming a Death Doula and exploring coaching in grief and healing is honestly so powerful ❤️
