My intentions during meditation was connect to breath. Breathing in abundance and exhaling releasing stagnant energies. Standing in gratitude for showing up and holding this space for us to expand. Thank you all! ❤️

How can meditation help with getting up at 12 pm? It is hard on my body.

Meditation helps regulate your circadian rhythm by calming cortisol and resetting your body's internal clock. Even just 10 minutes of morning breathwork or meditation upon waking trains your nervous system to embrace the rise. Your body isn't broken, it's just been programmed. You can reprogram it. Also reprogram how you speak -its not hard-meditation is easy and simple and it transforms your life! 🖤🌅 I was once where you were so I know and once I shifted my perspective, it became my daily routine! When doubt pops up -right away tell yourself something positive and thats how you shift with that once decision to not feed that doubt!

2 Week Morning Meditation Challenge
Monday April 27, our MWF Daily Sits move to 8am CT. To kick off the new time, I'm running a 2 week morning meditation challenge. 6 sits over 2 weeks. Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 8am CT. 25 min silent. Show up for all 6. Why the time change: One: starting the day in silence changes what the day does to you. Beats a midday pause. Two: our students in China can finally sit with us at a time that works across both time zones. (I taught in China for 10 years and came across thousands of students who follow us). The ask: comment "I'm in" below if you're committing. Public commitment raises the odds of showing up. See you at 8am CT Monday.
