I've had to put this group on pause and skip the gym some days due to a car accident, my parents having surgeries, and helping them with driving since one car was in the shop and my dad didn't feel well enough to drive. I skipped meal prepping and was stress eating. Going back and reading everyone's success is giving me push needs to get back on track

I park far away so that I can easily leave. I hadn't thought about moving more. At work I'll make multiple trips to take things in from my car instead of leaving a door propped open and using a cart for one trip

Don't try to do everything all at once. Make one change and get used to that before adding something else. It is OK to not like something and somethings will not work for u

@Chris Blanschan I have no problem drinking 2 a day when I work, I haven't tried that brand yet. During the summer I'm not as active and will forget
