100+ calls a day and your done. 50 sms texts that look repetitive and like spam and your done. They are strict.

Im assuming you have already established the seller is motivated and wants to sell? Youre not running numbers before confirmation. You will never make it that way.

@Bernard Property Acquisitions never blindly, have the info available and ready to go in front of you to discuss numbers but there is no way im wasting time "running" anything just so the seller can hang up on me. Interesting approach though, comping before you call. Do you mind sharing with us how many convos you are having daily with sellers this way?
