I was pondering its Friday the weekend, and I think a lot of wholesalers take this as a job and to be honest so did I. Something that I realized though is that Saturday and Sunday are great opportunities to get ahead of the competition. Skip tracing, cold calling, driving for dollars and reverse driving for dollars if you don't treat this wholesaling like a job, you understand that the weekend is the best time to get ahead of those who want to take time off. Regardless make those calls do what you got to do these next 48hrs.

The more you do something the better you become. Don't feel like cold calling, make the phone calls. Don't feel like skip tracing, do it anyway. I've been a wholesaler on and off since 2017 and I can't express enough to ever wholesaler new and old that in the times where your not in the mood, you don't feel inspired to make calls, you don't feel like making moves at all. DO IT ANYWAY. How you FEEL doesn't close the Deal, you don't need motivation, you need a double dose of discipline and dedication. Keep grinding everyone

I literally used to get the worst anxiety and found creative avoidance to not cold call. I even wasted money on expensive Cold Calling Companies. But it got to a point where I just decided to man up and put the reps in day in and day out. Now I love cold calling. Theres no better way of getting better at talking to people than every day facing objections, being a good listener to find their pain points and learning from each conversation. You only get better by default. BE CONFIDENT BECOME A SAVAGE
