What product do you keep searching for?
What product do you keep scouring online or in shops for (despite already owning 20 of them)…determined to find THE one that makes a difference? I’ll start… Mine is without doubt planners and notebooks. Even when I’ve found a load of them in drawers. Some of which (many of which) not even used yet. What’s your go to, that you find yourself browsing for time and time again?

Day 1 ADHD awakening
I thought this summary by AI Harmony regarding my thoughts on the ineffectiveness of to do lists and goal setting was pertinent; "You said knowing what to do "didn't mean anything," and you're right. Your operating system doesn't move for obligation or future payoff. It moves for aliveness, meaning, genuine interest. Those tools weren't wrong for everyone. They were wrong for YOU. That's a crucial difference. "Your operating system doesn't move for obligation or future payoff" what a brilliant way to describe what my brain isn't driven by. I also mentioned that life for me was like a fantastic thought you were going to tell someone and the moment you go to open your mouth to share it, your mind goes blank and the thought is gone. AIH linked this to " a grief for a vitality you know exists and can't quite reach" and that underneath my "can't be bothered" is something "far more tender" that I said which was that I pretend I don't care, but I do". AIH said "you care so much that the caring became unbearable so a part of you went quiet to protect you from the disappointment of trying and still not finding 'your thing'. " 🤯

"I am not consistent." "I don't finish things". Been there most of my life. Husband highlights it. My New & Future Self statement: "I can be consistent" "I finish what I start".

The "don't finish things" is interesting I think as what I've realised about myself is that I don't finish things in the time frame other people directly or indirectly impose on me. They see a project I started say 4 moths ago sitting idle and think "that's not finished, she never finishes anything" because they have a limited view of time. They I think see the constraints if time, while i see the flexibility of time. I have had a work in progress sculpture in my shed now for 4 years. The other day I took it out and started working on it again. Is it finished? No, do I care? No because it's not important whether it's finished it not. Funnily my hubby looked at me working on it and said "I thought you had finished with that?" I smiled and said "you know I never finish anything" Now if someone says "you don't finish anything" I say "by whose time constraints are you judging whether I finish something or not?" They tend to look at me with a perplexed face and don't know how to answer. And I bet if you decide to make dinner, you probably do finish the task. If you have to drop your child to school you do get them there. I'm sure you finish 90% of your sentences. So... I wouldn't be surprised if you think you don't finish things because you didn't complete them by the time some other significant human in your life expected that thing to be finished by and they let that be known to you. Had nothing been said it's possible and plausible you would have got around to doing it at some point maybe not in an hour or a month but if it was important to you again you would have got back into it at some point and finished it. And if not... Would it matter in the scheme of things? X

Hi Jim and team, I've done the intro vid and the AI snapshot and when I click the day 1 link its locked saying "unlock in 1 day" or something like that. Is that what's meant to happen?
