Don't make this mistake when goal setting.
Okay, so I made this mistake when setting goals myself, and I just wanted to share it so that none of you make the same mistake that I have. I'm not going to go into some goal setting framework or anything like that, but rather, it's going to come down to the number of goals that you set. So, on my whiteboard I've written down two goals, and I know people like to set a bunch of different goals and don't end up achieving them, but some of us who are serious about the goals they set, we actually want to achieve them and we work towards them every single day and we use them like the North Star that we're supposed to, you know, why we set goals and stuff. The main issue that I'm facing is that I've set two goals, one related to business and one related to my health. But what's happening is that with my goals, I'm going all in on them. Like from the moment I wake up, the only thing I'm thinking about is my business goal and I just want to work towards that business goal and I want to be prioritizing every second towards it. But because I also have that health goal, I'm having to split my attention up. This only really applies to people who are actually disciplined enough to set a goal and then follow it and see it all the way through. So it might not even apply to you, you might not even be facing this problem. But I'm having to choose between the two goals at this moment, even though they're completely unrelated in a sense. So if you're a person who's serious about their goals, only have one, and go 100% in on that one. Because currently, I'm having to go 80% and 80% for both. I'm not able to go that complete 100% because I'm not able to allocate 100% of my thinking and time towards the business goal. Obviously, I'm going to see both goals through. I'm going to achieve them both. But if you want to optimize your goal setting, and if you want to optimize your achievements, I recommend you set one goal only, and go all in on that.

Mine: 6:00-6:30 : Pray, Brush Teeth, Bathroom 6:30-7:00 : Warm Up + 100 Push Ups 7:00-7:30 : Read "Grow & Think Rich" / Check MSGs and Skool community 7:30-8:00 : Testing My Trading Strategy 8:00-8:30 : Analyze the market and new, maybe go on you and wait until 8:30 8:30-11:00 : Begin Trading, maybe watch Hamza on YT / Check MSGs if nothing is happening 11:00-12:00 : Eat food, clean house, enjoy my day watch YT 8:00-9:00 : Winddown for bed (Warm Shower, Muscle Relaxation, Reading) 9:00 : 6:00AM sleep I know I am not grinding as hard as RTF but honestly I don't feel that I need to, because there only so much I can do before the return start decreasing. The main thing is I do this everyday and build it into a habit. and week long perfect streaks consistently. Let me know if you guys disagree or agree. I am curious to know. I just wanna be better.

So im guessing your business model is trading?? Also I would recommend u spend a solid 3 hours earlier in the day to get focus on work.. then spend the remaining of the day doing whatever you want eg: gym, learning, family time.. doing 3 hours deep work at the start will stack up like crazy later in life
