As a Windy City runner I’m picking wind 🤣 worst race of my life was steady rain and I am the biggest baby about heat. Pretty sure if I ran in snow I am uncoordinated enough to break something lolz.

Happy April y’all! Let’s shoutout our wins from the week :). I love reading through these!! I’ve had a goal this training block to do most of my strength days at the gym (nothing wrong with at home strength - I just find I get a better quality workout when I go to the gym personally because it holds me more accountable for some reason 😂) So far I’ve made it 3 weeks in the gym! What’s your win this week? 👇

I finally found a vest that I loved last summer (thanks @Taylor Sayles for the rec!!!) but anything under 13 I use a handheld!

I used to listen to podcasts but found they didn’t distract me enough haha. I have a 350 song playlist of pump up jams now instead 🤣
