Hi All, I hope you're having a lovely weekend so far! Sometimes I'm curious how do you spend your weekends today? I am enjoying some Spring cleaning this weekend. And as always when I clean or organize anything in my home or workspace, there's always an intention that'll ripple out as something beneficial for all. Another thing that I do quite often, almost daily is tone and sing around the house. My favorite thing to do vocal toning with is my espresso machine. However, I'm working on giving up coffee and I see it will be a sad day when I'm not singing with it anymore as it's in the perfect tone (B)! Do you all ever sing along or tune in and tone with things around your space?

This morning before my meditation, I was having thoughts of self doubt. Being a mother to four young children, There is not much free time to align myself out of the chaotic energy of life. But, I was able to bring myself into a wonderful peaceful state using Kalees 10 meditation this morning. I like to end my meditations with my cards, and they were so beautifully aligned this morning. I love how spirit never stops amazing me and always comes through. ❤️✨ I hope you all have a wonderful day.

Taylor, I hope you don’t mind me sharing your video here… but it was wonderful! This is a perfect example of how it’s not the Crystal Bowls. It’s the practitioner’s energy/ intention behind the Bowls that create the desired state of being(healing).⭐️

Module one, coming in as a complete beginner, has set a wonderful foundation for me to build upon. Getting to know my bowls and the sounds without any expectations except being open and allowing has been flowing smooth and giving me a feeling of serenity when I'm listening and playing. The videos were short which I liked. But they guided me exactly to where I should be focusing on in that moment.

Well here is something I honestly never thought I would do lol. It's the scariest thing I've done since I decided to get married 🤣 I tried my hand an a very short effort at toning. When I tell my friend she will either scream in delight or pass out with shock 🤣 Anyway, here is a sound journey for gratitude. I have also never spoken on video as I have always cringed at hearing my own voice. Apologies for the chinging on my f bowl and I also clunked my pyramid by accident. I was going to record it again but my hip said not a chance 😊 All comments and constructive criticism greatly appreciated 🩵
