Look at creating agents and script files to do that for you and set up trackers. Be very specific about what you want to do what you want to monitor and how you wanted to do it. You can have it monitor your email account or your forms and completions and what needs to be done. I automated pretty much everything, but I keep tabs on everything and I asked for updates and status updates on stuff just to confirm.

Tommy, here's a free tracker you can set up in about 10 minutes with a Google Sheet. You and your BOTG both work in the same sheet. When you assign a task, they get an email. When they mark it Done, you get an email. Anything overdue gets a reminder every morning. STEP 1: Open a new Google Sheet and rename the bottom tab to: Tasks STEP 2: Type these headers in row 1, one per column (A to H): Task | Property | Due Date | Notes | Assigned To | Status | Created | Completed STEP 3: Select the Status column, go to Data > Data validation, and make a dropdown with: Open, In Progress, Done STEP 4: Share the sheet with your BOTG as an Editor. STEP 5: Go to Extensions > Apps Script. Delete everything there, paste in the script below, change the first line to your email, and click Save. STEP 6: In the dropdown at the top, pick "setup", click Run, and approve the permissions. You only do this once. HOW TO USE IT: Fill in a row left to right and put your BOTG's email in "Assigned To" last. That sends them the task.
