Could this be the ultimate healing stack? KPV Targets inflammation. Often discussed for calming irritated tissue, the gut, and supporting recovery when inflammation is slowing the healing process. GHK-Cu One of the most talked-about peptides for tissue repair, collagen production, skin health, and overall regenerative support. BPC-157 Probably the most popular recovery peptide. Frequently used in research for tendon, ligament, muscle, and gut healing support. TB-500 Known for its potential to support cell migration and tissue remodeling, making it a favorite for injuries that need whole-body recovery support. Cartalax A bioregulator often discussed for supporting cartilage and joint health, making it an interesting addition when the goal is long-term joint recovery. Why this combination is interesting: KPV helps calm the inflammatory environment. GHK-Cu supports regeneration and collagen formation. BPC-157 and TB-500 focus on tissue repair and recovery. Cartalax may provide additional support for cartilage and joint integrity. Think of it as attacking healing from multiple angles: Inflammation Tissue repair Collagen production Blood flow and remodeling Joint and cartilage support

If yall could get this dialed in with correct ratios and be cost effective... @Jt Thomas it would be a game changer, especially if it included ara290, but that may mess with reconning...
10,000 Step theory
So I was listening to a podcast that had Dr. Rhonda Patrick as the guest. Apparently the 10,000 step idea was born in the 60s from a Japanese company selling pedometers. Dr. Patrick says getting in 10 minutes of breathless exercise (meaning getting your heart rate up to the point where talking is difficult), is just as effective as the step goal. I’m now focusing on that while still getting some steps in, but I’m no longer stressing on hitting 10,000. Dr. Patrick was on the latest episode of the Mel Robbin’s podcast for anyone interested.

I believe that as long as your consistent, it really is no different in 10 minutes of increased heart rate or 10000 steps... the goal and achievement is staying active and mobile... the rest takes care of it self...
