This is a recipe I used Often on my weight loss journey Protein-Packed Churro Waffles Ingredients (Batter) 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 45 g Pillsbury Zero Sugar Cake Mix (Classic Yellow) 20 g Dr Pepper Zero 1 g baking powder 170 g vanilla Greek yogurt (Oikos Triple Zero) 92 g Egg Beaters Churro Topping 50 g Swerve (granulated) 2 g Cinnamon Instructions Mix all batter ingredients until smooth. Preheat waffle iron and lightly spray. Cook waffles until set and lightly crisp. While hot, sprinkle with Swerve + 2 g sugar (and cinnamon if using).
